You will learn self-healing in inner awareness while you are in a state of
deep relaxation. This wonderful form of relaxation is created simply by your
listening to words of relaxation with instructions and visual imagery that
are attuned to the inner parts of the mind. The inner mind likes to relax so
by simply listening to the doctor's instructions, you will easily achieve
a senses of relaxation with exceptional comfort. Quite often the conscious
mind just drifts off on its own while listening to the instructions. While
the mind is enjoying all of this relaxation, the deep comfort that is
experienced causes the inner mind to become attentive and focused. This
increased awareness permits the inner mind to learn and remember all the
concepts and the steps of self healing. In order to do self-healing in inner
awareness, just the inner mind is instructed. The conscious mind never has to
remember and never has to be concerned about learning the step by step healing method. Then
once self-healing is learned, the inner portions of the mind perform the
entire self-healing while you are asleep or sometimes in deep relaxation.

self-healing in inner awareness.
The inner portions of the mind, bt performing self-heaing will heal your
feelings, your thoughts, your memories, and your beliefs to bring about
significant changes in your mind, body,and inner spirit (or enthusiasm for
life). In the course of mind research, it was learned that the most effective
form of healing occurs when all parts of the inner mind participate in the
healing. This achiesves permanent healing because the healing occurs at all
levels of the mind's awareness. Traditioal "talk" therapists work primarily
with the conscious mind which has very linited healing abilities, so the
conscious mind alone cannot achieve complete healing. Many alternative
therapists working with the mind typically access only the subconscious or
unconscious mind during the course of treatment. But more of the mind is
needed for comprehensive healing. So Dr. Kearney has developed more advanced
methods of healing that allow you to utilize and bring about healing with
the sonscious, subconscious, unconscious, affective, ego, soul, and subego
portions of the mind. As already mentioned, and it bears repeating, the best
healing takes place when "all" portions of the mind are involved in the
healing process. Therefore all parts of the mind are included in deep
relaxation and all of the doctor's self-healing procedures.
Deep relaxation is also used to remove daily stress and tension, and to
